Puma Energy International said May 20 in a statement issued in Singapore that its first quarter sales volume rose 31% to nearly 4.3 million cubic meters compared with 3.3 million cubic meters in the first quarter of the year earlier.
Earnings before interest taxes and depreciation rose 8% to US $151 million compared with $140 million in the same period last year.
"Puma Energy has delivered consistently year on year. I am satisfied with our performance, our recent acquisitions in the UK, Puerto Rico and in Australia and look forward to our large projects coming online to help drive our strategy forward throughout the year," said Denis Chazarain, company CFO.
