Description of Work
- Oversee construction site, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
- Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.
- Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents/ scope.
- Reports the status of projects to business and market leaders.
- Attend client program meetings as needed.
- Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices and submittals.
- Attend client meetings as needed.
- Manages and leads actions that are necessary due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a construction project manager
- Exceptional Telephone Skills
- Minimum 3 years experience as Construction Project Manager
- Customer Service Attitude
- Proficient with Windows based computers.
- Solid Written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Etc.) and Microsoft Project.
- NYC Construction Superintendent License is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions, working well under pressure, when faced with unexpected occurrences or delays.
- Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems.

Island Pump and Tank - NY, NJ, MA, PA, and CT Office Locations
Now hiring Service Technicians to provide service and maintenance for fueling facility, service station, and convenience store equipment for our New England branch. Experienced technicians preferred, however we are willing to provide classroom and field training to the right candidate.
Description of Work
- Install, program and maintain gasoline service station equipment
- Mechanical repairs
- Leak detection maintenance and alarms
- 24 Hr. emergency response (when on call)
- Fuel management system installation & repair
Requirements
- Willing to work overtime
- Available to travel overnight when needed
- Able to lift up to 10-50 lbs.
- Must be capable of climbing ladders to install and retrieve equipment
- Job requires frequent kneeling, bending, handling, reaching and standing
- Use hand tools, various types of telecommunication instrumentation devices
- Work in confined space
- OSHA certification (Will provide if needed)

Description of Work
- Coordinate billing of warranty work and coordinating with the warehouse to order correct parts.
- Dispatching of new work orders to Petroleum Service Technicians via Sage 300 CRE system.
- Assist customers on the phone and route them to the proper department if needed.
- Manage major oil accounts on project, warranty and subsequent invoicing.
- Available to be on call rotation during the weekends.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as administrator, front office representative or similar role.
- Exceptional Telephone Skills.
- Sage 300 CRE a plus.
- Minimum 3 Years administration experience.
